Probiotics for Your Skin and Gut: Benefits and Uses with Probulin

You have probably heard of probiotics in some form the past few years, with society in general focusing more on health and wellness. I did not have much knowledge of probiotics before. I tried a few probiotics here and there, but hadn’t found one I really liked until I tried the Probulin line. And, until Probulin, I had never tried probiotics in skincare! Probulin even has a daily probiotic just for women. Read on to find out the benefits and my review of trying out the line for the past few weeks. I also have a surprise at the end of the post for y’all that you won’t want to miss!

Women’s Health Probiotic

Probiotics are great for you for SO many reasons! Our gut health affects so many aspects of overall health and well-being. Probiotics help to support our bodies natural population of “good” bacteria in our gut. Previously, I have had issues with my gut health that affected other aspects of my health. I was getting sick easier, bloating, and my skin occasionally freaked out. Isn’t it crazy how much gut health truly affects us?!

Probiotic Benefits

There are so many things that can affect the proper balance of our everyday gut health, such as stress(this is a major one for me!), poor diet, not drinking enough water, unhealthy habits like smoking or too much alcohol, and environmental factors that we may not even be aware we are being exposed to. Taking a daily probiotic, like Probulin’s Women’s Health, can help to combat those things. It also helps to balance your gut health to stay healthy! Some of the major benefits a daily probiotic does help with are gas and bloating(no woman wants that bloat at any time!), better digestion, immune support(this is so important during cold and flu season!), and overall well-being. I noticed that Probulin really made a difference for me after only a few days of taking it. My health is better overall and my skin even looks better!

I just take it each morning with a glass of water so I don’t forget. The best part about Probulin is that it is free of GMO’s, gluten, wheat, and so much more. So, even if you have a gluten or other food allergy, you should be able to take these! They also use MAKTrek 3-D Probiotic delivery system. This is where the probiotics are coated in a barrier of sustainable brown seaweed to protect them from stomach acid and bile, ensuring a greater number of good bacteria surviving.

Your probiotics will be delivered to you properly because they pack them on ice inside a properly insulated container to keep the probiotics alive and working. Prebiotics are also present to ensure proper nutrients for the probiotics, and all packaging is environmentally friendly using biodegradable, recycled cotton.

Probiotics for Skincare

Probulin also has a probiotic based skincare line! I was excited to try this, since I had never tried probiotics in skincare until now. All skin types are able to use this line too! A probiotic lysate is used in the line for skin protection and helps to support brighter and healthier skin.

The skincare line is complete from day to night and for everyday use! There is a light facial cleansing gel(I love this one!), facial serum, day cream, night cream, and eye cream featuring rare virgin Marula oil. Personally, the eye cream is my favorite since my undereye area normally gets so dry! Probiotics in a skincare line has so many benefits! These include: helping with sun damage, protection for environmental exposure, extreme temperatures, topical chemicals, lack of proper moisture, and combating poor lifestyle habits. Overall, my skin has been much healthier looking, brighter, and more moisturized since using this line. It was even gentle enough to use after a chemical peel and didn’t irritate my skin after like some other products can.

You can try out the products I mentioned in this post by heading to probulin.com. They were also kind enough to give y’all 20% off and FREE SHIPPING with code AMIE20(that was the surprise I had for y’all!). Let me know which products you are wanting to try!

You can also check out Probulin’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to stay up to date on product info!
